I have just "found" my blog - the blog I started almost 4 years ago when we first moved to China. The blog I had intended to write regularly on our adventures here in China. And, now almost 4 years have passed and we are about to leave China! We are heading for pastures new and a whole new adventure in Malaysia!! The thing about writing a blog is you have to be disciplined to keep it up - and once we found our feet here and made a life for ourselves, well, we lived it to the full - and there was no time to write a blog - not even a second thought given to it! And, that is good, isn't it? To be so busy in your life that you don't have time to sit down and write about it! But, where did the time go? My children have grown up here - almost. Looking at their photograph then and comparing one taken recently - it is scary how, in the blink of an eye, they have grown!

Daisy and Felix; coming up to 9 years old in June; are almost the same age Oscar was when we arrived in Nanchang in the summer of 2010. Although I make a point of taking time to look at the sky and somehow breathe in my current surroundings, also encouraging my children to do the same, you can't hold on to it - you just have to realise to appreciate your time with loved ones and make it count, every moment of every day.
